Donald Trump has seen the inspector general report issued by the Department of Justice in regards to former FBI Deputy Director Andrew Mccabe allegedly lying about leaking confidential information to the media. In response, the president wasn't pleased.

Trump on McCabe, Comey
It was just last month when then FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was fired just days before he was set to retire and collect his pension.
The news dominated the headlines, once again resulting in split media coverage between those who support the administration and those who oppose them. On Friday, the Justice Department inspector general revealed the offical confirmed reason for McCabe's firing, stating that he leaked information to a reporter, and then lied about doing so to both former FBI Director James Comey and additional members of the FBI. The report also notes that McCabe was under oath when he lied to the FBI, creating an easy target for the president.

In a tweet sent out on April 13, Donald Trump wasted no time ripping into Andrew McCabe, as well as James Comey just hours after the former FBI Director claimed that the infamous "pee tape' dossier could be legitimate.
"DOJ just issued the McCabe report - which is a total disaster," Trump tweeted. "He LIED! LIED! LIED!" he continued, claiming "McCabe was totally controlled by Comey. McCabe is Comey!!"
Not stopping there, Donald Trump doubled down on his own personal defense against claims he was in cahoots with Russia during the Kremlin's hacking of the 2016 election.
"No collusion, all made up by this den of thieves and lowlifes!" Trump tweeted.
