Despite growing claims of mental instability and speculation, President Donald Trump was given a clean Bill Of Health this week at the Walter Reed Medical Center. But this won't help him fight against allegations of racism
Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said in a press briefing that full lab results would be ready over the weekend and Trump’s Physician Dr. Jackson will attend a press briefing Tuesday to answer questions regarding the president’s health.
Contrary to liberal reports, Trump is in good physical condition
Despite reporting on CNN and other news networks, it appears the commander and chief is in good physical condition.
Will this latest development quell worries over the President's mental health? It’s hard to say. So far the ‘Twitterverse’ remains eerily silent on the subject.
This could be because the president dedicated January 15, 2018, Martin Luther King Jr., as a Federal Holiday, he is fending off claims of racism.
According to the Washington post “President Trump grew frustrated with lawmakers Thursday in the Oval Office when they discussed protecting immigrants from Haiti, El Salvador and African countries as part of a bipartisan immigration deal, according to several people briefed on the meeting.”
He then went on to call Haiti a Sh***hole.
The President denied these claims on Twitter yesterday, with a statement claiming he didn’t say anything derogatory about the Haitian people.
But did refer to Haiti and other African nations as troubled.
In regard to such claims, it would be better to fall back on mental health
A slip of an older man in dotage is not as taboo as racial bias.
Still, if the president and supporters - such as Sen. Cotton - are to be believed, the president, whatever choice words he used, wasn't referring to the individual people of African nations, but the nations themselves according to The Hill.
This does little to quell the flames of identity politics running rampant in this environment. It is a lose/lose situation so long as such phrases as racial bias are being bandied about.
Trump never was a politician, and quite possibly never will be
To his supporters this is a good thing. There is no PC language in the president’s world.
But at the same time, when such allegations fall, unfortunately, on a day celebrating MLK it is a blow to the administration's agenda moving forward on immigration and avoiding a government shutdown.
Good health may exonerate the president of mental instability, but it will not help the president out of the sh***hole a few choice words can create.
