President Donald Trump has legions of loyal supporters all around the country who stand by him no matter what. The 2016 election was polarizing on a level never seen before -- and that's putting it mildly. Those who voted for Trump believe he can make America great "again" and have a particular annoyance with those who oppose the president.

There are a few, however, that go to the extreme in having disdain for those who feel differently about Trump's presidency. Both conservatives and liberals have their share of radical individuals who cross the line when trying to make a point -- and that's the case with one man in Connecticut who took it upon himself to vandalize a public school playground and pass the blame onto someone else.

Supporter caught in criminal act

Stephen Marks, a Donald Trump supporter in Connecticut, defaced an Elementary School playground with graffiti and tried framing liberals for it. The 32-year-old was caught spray painting anti-Trump graffiti on school equipment and was going to blame Democrats because he views them as "disrespectful to our government."

Marks painted threatening messages on the property of Hartford's Morely Elementary School that include “Kill Trump,” “Left is the best,” "Bernie Sanders 2020" and “Death to Trump."

Surveillance footage shows the Trump supporter riding his bike and vandalizing the playground equipment.

After he was seen on the local news, he turned himself in. He explained that he took his dog out, picked up a green pen, and “had the dumb idea to vandalize the school with what would seem to be liberal hate speech.”

Marks has been charged with criminal mischief and breach of peace. A judge has ordered him to keep his distance from the facility l and he'll appear in court in August.

Vandal apologizes

The Trump supporter apologized for his actions and admits what he did was "stupid" and "illegal," according to Hartford Courant. He went on to say that he'd never threaten violence upon the president or any other government official. His logic for framing liberals was attributed to his anger over them "breaking major laws every day and being disrespectful towards our government."

Stephen Marks didn't help his cause one bit by writing anti-Trump messages on public property where young and impressionable children attend school every day. Liberals are puzzled by Trump supporters in many respects and Marks' recent move just proved that both sides have extremists.
