Grand jury indictments were finally unsealed in Garfield County, Oklahoma. The six indictments were issued last week. According to a July 25th report by Bonnie Vculek with the Enid News & Eagle, six people were named in the now-unsealed indictments.

Sheriff's defense linked to Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh
Sheriff Jerry Lee Niles, Jr. is being represented by Stephen Jones. Jones is a defense attorney from Enid, Oklahoma. He is the former lawyer of Timothy Mcveigh. McVeigh was responsible for the bombing of the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City. Stephen Jones lost that case. Timothy McVeigh was put to death for the bombing.
According to the previously mentioned report by Vculek with the Enid News & Eagle, it is believed the indictments have to do with the death of Anthony DeWayne Huff, Jr. Huff was an inmate at the Garfield County Detention Facility.
The detention center is located in Enid, the county seat. Huff's body was discovered on June 8th, 2016. His arrest occurred four days prior to his death. He had arrested for public intoxication.
