At first, he tries to say that everyone knows what happened, then corrected it by saying that he authorized the military to do what is necessary. Does that admit he didn't know about the MOAB (Massive Ordnance Air Blast) strike?

Sean Spicer dodged that question repeatedly in the Friday press briefing. He ended up stating the Defense and President Trump worked together to make it a successful mission. Spicer never answered the question about whether Trump knew about the Attack before the bombing.

President Trump seemed to admit that he didn't authorize the bombing, but he gave the military the authority to "do their thing."

“So we have given them total authorization, and that’s what they’re doing. And frankly, that’s why they’ve been so successful lately," President Trump said.
Mirror reported that Trump added that the USA has the great military in the world and they did a great job, "as usual."
