Rapper Drake, whose real name is Aubrey Drake Graham, has a really big tattoo collection on his body. He recently added a new one, and it is a portrait of Denzel Washington. The 30-year-old famous person himself got a tattoo of someone he admires who he considers being more famous than he is himself. The tattoo is of Washington in his character of Bleek Gilliam in the 1990 jazz film, "Mo’ Better Blues."
The Toronto-based tattoo artist Inal Bersekov is the one who posted a photo of the rapper on Instagram last Saturday because he marvels his work.
That is not the only tattoo that he has inked on Drake. He also gave Drake a tattoo as a tribute to Anthony "Fif" Soares, an OVO Sound affiliate who died last week in a shooting in Toronto. After the "Fake Love" rapper heard about Soares, he mourned his death on Instagram. Drake now has a tattoo to keep Soares' memory alive.

Drake's other tattoos
Drake is into collecting tattoos of people who are important to him. He has tattoos other than Washington and Soares on his body. He has images of Aaliyah, Sade, and Lil Wayne.
Additionally, he has portraits of his mother, late uncle, and grandmother on his back. He also has a mugshot of his father. That one was done by celebrity tattoo artist Dr. Woo.
His mother and father divorced when Drake was only five years old. His father moved to Memphis while Drake and his mother stayed in Toronto. As a child, Drake watched his father get arrested when he visited him in Memphis.
Later, his father wrote a song entitled "Drake's Dad" in which he told about his life after leaving Drake and his mother. Even though his father left him as a child, Drake still considered him as his role model.
Human canvas
People get tattoos for various reasons. The most recent tattoo of Washington means the rapper now has at least 29 tattoos, and none of them are random.
His body looks like a human canvas, but all his tattoos are part of a theme. Drake gets his as tributes to people who mean a lot to him. It is the rapper's way of honoring those people and expressing gratitude to them by carrying their photo at all time. Drake also has a tattoo of his beloved Toronto. The Canadian rapper might be running out of space on his body because most of the tattoos are very large.
Since Drake has so many tattoos of others, people are wondering if anyone has any of him. Yes, indeed! There is a fan who has Drake's name tattooed on her forehead. Singer Rihanna has not one but 14 tattoos of Drake on her body.
