Apparently, the "Fortnite" Season 8 Finale is only a couple of weeks away because the challenges for week seven are already live in the game. As usual, there are 10 weeks in this season of "Fortnite" as well and the next season usually begins a couple of days after the tenth weekend, unless Epic Games decides to extend the season by adding an extra set of challenges at the end of the season. Aside from the usual seven weekly challenges, a Pirate themed event called Buccaneer Bounty has brought a set of challenges that reward different cosmetic items on completion.

Week seven challenges cheat sheet

Some challenges, from this week of "Fortnite," are the usual: "Visit places" and "Eliminate opponents," while the others add some thrill to the challenges considering how lackluster they have been this season. Here's the list of all the challenges from this week:

  • Deal damage with a pickaxe to opponents (100 damage)
  • Stage 1 of 3: Visit Junk Junction and The Block in a single match
  • Stage 2 of 3: Visit Pleasant Park and Dusty Divot in a single match
  • Stage 3 of 3: Visit Happy Hamlet and Snobby Shores in a single match
  • Visit Pirate Camps in a single match (3)
  • Deal damage to players from above (500 damage)
  • Search Chests at Loot Lake or Snobby Shores (7)
  • Stage 1 of 2: Deal damage to opposing players while riding a Zipline (1)
  • Stage 2 of 2: Deal damage to opposing players who are riding the Zipline (1)
  • Eliminate opponents in different Named Locations (5)

Dealing damage with a pickaxe isn't a new challenge but, it still requires a strategy because it cannot be easily completed in the Team Rumble mode.

You should definitely jump into a squad match for completing this challenge and knock an enemy out before eliminating them with your pickaxe. Alternatively, you can ask your teammates to knock an enemy out for you in case you are not able to do it yourself.

The second challenge isn't hard but players still have to play at least three matches in order to complete the challenges.

You can easily complete them by playing three Team Rumble matches. Just land in locations where you can easily find vehicles so that you can easily travel to the other place before the storm gets you.

There are a total of seven Pirate Camps on the map and the quickest way of visiting three camps in a single match is by first landing on the one near Lazy Lagoon.

From there, make your way to the camp near the volcano by gliding from one vent to the other. Finally, shoot yourself from a cannon towards the Pirate Camp that is located to the west of Dusty Divot.

The fourth challenge tasks players with dealing damage from above. Just land at places with tall structures and shoot at enemies that land below you. Same goes for eliminating enemies in different named locations. Places like Paradise Palms, Tilted Towers, and Dusty Divot are ideal for these challenges.

Searching chest in Loot Lake or Snobby Shores can be completed in one match of Team Rumble. Just look at the map see where most of your teammates are landing out of the two mentioned places and go for the opposite.

Lastly, the trickiest challenges this week is definitely the one with Ziplines. For this challenge, you should drop on icy biome of the map because most of the ziplines are located in this location. Here's the complete cheat sheet for this week's challenges:

Players should definitely expect a major event at the end of this week or at the beginning of the next week because the Discovery Skin "Ruin" will finally be unlocked and there's a chance that it'll bring a new twist to the lore of "Fortnite: Battle Royale."
