On Sunday, Microsoft unveiled the Xbox One X in Germany alongside the announcement of pre-orders online. Soon after, fans maxed out the allocations proving that the console has been anticipated for quite some time now. Xbox's official statement also confirmed the intensity of the demand after realizing they have nothing left to offer the fans.

"Within just a few days, we saw record-setting sell-out times and are currently sold out in many countries around the world," said the statement. The next set of pre-orders will be announced soon, and that's fans are encouraged to watch out for the next announcement.

The new console is said to be 40 percent stronger than the current console.

Xbox One X release date

The Xbox One X console is scheduled to release on November 7, 2017, hence the anticipation of the arrival of the hardware. According to Xbox, several game developers have committed to the console and vowed to develop games exclusively distributed for the console. Over 100 games are currently lined up for the device including Xbox backward compatibility games.

The introduction of the new console over the weekend allowed some 300,000 fans to experience the new gaming console from Microsoft. Gamestop's senior vice president for Merchandising lauded Microsoft's innovation.

He also mentioned the impact of the new console to Gamestop's customers saying "The speed at which we sold through our initial pre-order supply surpassed expectations."

Confirmed games for the new Xbox console

Microsoft's Xbox One X console is by far the fastest sold-out Xbox console ever, and they are just beginning. Meanwhile, some of the most popular games for the new console include "Halo Wars 2," Tom Clancy's "Ghost Recon Wildlands," "Destiny 2," "Prey," "Mass Effect: Andromeda," "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard," "For Honor," "Middle Earth: Shadow of War," "Ark: Survival Evolved," and much more.

The Xbox One X is not entirely a brand new system; instead, a powered up version of the Xbox One console priced at $499.99. When the console arrives in November, the box will include:
