'Dr. Seuss' The Grinch'

The popular, green grinch has made his way back to big screens in a new animated version of the Dr. Seuss classic. This one has families heading to theaters to get in the holiday spirit. It generated over $67.5 million for its first weekend in theaters!

'Bohemian Rhapsody'

Audiences are continuing to enjoy the Freddie Mercury Queen biopic. It presents Mercury's rise to fame and the band's classic Live Aid performance. For it's latest weekend in theaters, "Rhapsody" took in over $31.5 million in revenue.

'Overlord'

While Michael Myers' has left his mark on Halloween, JJ Abrahams' Nazi zombies are doing damage before Thanksgiving. The new film, "Overlord," entertained and scared audiences to the tune of a $10 million-plus opening in theaters.

'The Nutcracker and the Four Realms'

So far, the Grinch has stolen Christmas moviegoers away from Disney's "Nutcracker" attempt. Many reviewers and fans consider this a disappointment. It made just over $10 million to take the No. 4 spot at the box office.

'A Star is Born'

Moviegoers can enjoy several musical tales as they unfold on the big screen. For those who already saw "Bohemian Rhapsody," this remake of "A Star is Born" is the next logical choice. It stars Bradley Cooper, who also directed it, alongside singer Lady Gaga. The film brought in another $8 million or so this past weekend.
