5 hilarious Stan Lee Marvel movie cameos from the past five years

The comic book innovator has appeared in many Marvel films that always delighted the fans.

On Monday (November 12), the world began to say goodbye to an entertainment genius. Marvel hero Stan Lee passed away at the age of 95, leaving behind a legacy of impressive work and memorable characters. Lee was not only known for helping bring comic book characters to readers but also the man who helped give their Movies life. Various actors from his films, including Scarlett Johansson and Chris Evans [VIDEO], have been paying their respects. He appeared in 13 different cameos dating back to 1989. Below are five of the more recent Stan Lee cameo appearances that audiences enjoyed.

'Captain America: Civil War'

The 2016 film pitted two teams of Avengers against one another. On one side was Captain America, while Iron Man headed up the opposing team. Stan Lee shows up in a scene near the end and gets Tony's name hilariously wrong.

'Avengers: Infinity War'

Lee popped up in one of Marvel's biggest blockbusters to date featuring a who's who of superheroes from the MCU. In this cameo, Lee took on the role of a wise-cracking bus driver driving a bus of panicking kids. Look for Lee to pop up in the sequel in 2019, in what will be a must-see cameo.

'Ant-Man and The Wasp'

Lee showed up again, in the Marvel film that came not long after "Infinity War." In the "Ant-Man" sequel, Lee is an innocent bystander, who sees his car affected by super shrinkage.

'Spider-Man: Homecoming'

One of Lee's greatest contributions in the superhero world is Spider-Man. The character finally made its way into a Marvel movie in "Captain America: Civil War." Lee's line in this scene is another great quip from the Marvel legend.

'Captain America: The Winter Soldier'

Lee checks in for an important scene in this Captain America film. Luckily for the MCU and fans, Lee was able to keep his job as one of the greatest entertainers of all time!
