"Days Of Our Lives" comings and goings reveal that two big characters will be returning to Salem this week, and one "DOOL" fan favorite will be pulling double duty by portraying two separate characters yet again. Fans are in for a wild ride this week as spoilers reveal that the drama continues to heat up with Deimos Kiriakis' murder investigation. Sonny has confessed to the crime, and even has a surprising witness to back up his claims. While it looks like Sonny may be going down for the crime, there will be many twists and turns along the way.
He's back!
Soap Hub reports that Xander Cook will show his face yet again. Actor Paul Telfer will return to the NBC soap opera this week as Victor's villainous nephew, and he'll reportedly play a big part in the "Days of our Lives" murder mystery. Xander was considered to be a suspect at one time, but records claim that he was behind bars in Greece at the time of Deimos' murder.
Crazy Hattie also returns
Meanwhile, "DOOL" fans will also see Deidre Hall portray crazy criminal Hattie Adams as well as her usual role of Dr. Marlena Evans. Hattie was last seen in prison with Hope Brady when she was incarcerated for the murder of Stefano DiMera. Hattie became a friend to Hope and even helped keep her safe and get her out of jail before a couple of prison thugs could kill her.
However, Hattie may be keeping a few secrets of her own as she's reportedly conspiring with another "Days of our Lives" villain.
More twists and turns on the way
As previously reported by Blasting News, "Days of our Lives" fans should expect some major twists and turns when it comes to finding out who the real killer is. Although JJ Deveraux, Xander Cook, and Sonny Kiriakis have all been suspects, it seems that the real murderer is still at large.
This week, when Abigail confronts Dario about his dirty business dealings, he'll drop a huge bombshell on her. Dario will show Abigail a photograph that he claims proves her ex-husband, Chad DiMera, is the person who murdered Deimos Kiriakis. Dario will then blackmail his new wife, revealing that if she goes to the police that he'll share the photo with everyone, and Chad will be arrested for murder.
Who's the real killer?
However, many "Days of our Lives" fans believe that Dario himself could be the real killer. He's hated Deimos from the moment he came to Salem, and he has more than enough motive to want him dead. Other "DOOL" viewers think that it's a possibility that Abigail or Gabi may also be the true killer of Deimos, but it looks like we'll all just have to wait to find out the truth.
