There is certainly no love lost between Sonja Morgan and Bethenny Frankel. The "Real Housewives of New York" stars have been battling it out over branding for some time now. The issue is that Morgan has launched a line of wines called Tipsygirl, which Frankel argues is a direct rip off of her own very successful alcohol brand Skinnygirl.

Tipsygirl vs. Skinnygirl

As the two reality stars battle over trademark issues, Sonja Morgan has assured everyone that she is not in direct competition with Bethenny Frankel. For starters, she is trying to brand a line of wine where Frankel's drinks tend to focus on hard liquor.

Not to mention that Sonja says she isn't even going after the same crowd since her drinks won't be touted as low calorie.

"I’m a big, fat, tipsy girl . . . I have a different market," Morgan has said regarding her proposed Tipsygirlwine and restaurant brand.

Sonja Morgan argued that her brand is for those women who want to sit around and eat and drink all day. It's not for those she dubs "alcorexics." It's pretty clear that Morgan is taking aim at Bethenny's tiny frame and previous rumors that she was becoming shockingly thin during previous seasons of "Real Housewives of New York."

Sonja Morgan differentiates her brand from Bethenny Frankel's

Sonja says her drinks are aimed at, "the very young party girl and a very old party group that just wants to brunch all day; tourists that just want to come and sit around and drink all day. They want to eat calamari and hamburgers and pasta."

While it sounds like Sonja Morgan's idea might be more fun, the fact is that Bethenny Frankel's Skinnygirl was around first and has been around for a long time.

While the two "RHONY" stars are battling over trademarks and whether Sonja's idea is original enough to take to market, many are talking about the feud between the two women that just never seems to die.

If Sonja Morgan is able to make Tipsygirl a household name in the way that Bethenny Frankel did for Skinnygirl, which "Real Housewives of New York" star would win the battle of the booze? Tell us what you think in the comments section.
