Lenovo-backed Motorola has big plans set for this year. There’s a complete line-up of Android-based smartphones planned for launches in the span of the next few months. One of them is a device called ‘Moto Z2 Force.’ Now, a new online report carrying alleged images of the Moto Z2 Force’ device reveals what the handset will look like. On the basis of this information, it appears like the handset will come packed with a dual-Rear Camera set-up complimented by a slim-design.

Leaks suggest top-end features

As reported by Android Headlines, the leaked image reveals key details regarding the upcoming addition to the Moto Z family.

It is interesting to note how smartphone's design is quite similar to Moto Z2 Play. The only difference being the former’s dual rear camera setup. Moreover, the smartphone’s carrier branding is also located elsewhere. Apart from this, the Moto Z2 Force’s back panel appears to be built upon metal. As is evident in Moto Z2 Play, the rear panel of the device features a matte-black look and feel to it, however; the Moto Z2 Force packs a sophisticated metal look. The device is also said to come in additional color variants. The said smartphone also features a 3.5mm audio port — similar to Moto Z2 Play. Additionally, there’s also a USB type-C option that users will be able to avail. The smartphone is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 SoC.

If this turns out to be true then the smartphone will fall in direct competition with other major flagship smartphones including Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, Google Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2, Nokia 9 and Samsung’s upcoming Note 8 smartphones. No word on the storage front has been out yet.

Moto Mods enabled flagship

Meanwhile, as pointed by Tech Radar, the upcoming smartphone — just like most of its predecessors — is going to come equipped with the ability to connect to Motorola’s wide-range of Moto Mods.

The company introduced the concept of Moto Mods a couple of years back. They are essentially smartphone accessories that can get easily connected to the device and enhance its performance — both feature-based and quality-based exponentially. Another report by Phone Arena claims that the flagship smartphone will also be packing a 5.5-inch Shatter-Shield display with 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution displays — which will be the primary highlight of the smartphone. The pricing and the availability of the upcoming smartphone are still not known. However, Motorola is expected to make announcements regarding the same soon.
