Now, it appears like The Chinese technology giant recently took to the online medium to share a video that promotes the Mi 5X smartphone. The video first appeared on Xiaomi’s official Weibo page. In the video, one can see star singers like Wu Yifan (Kris Wu) promoting the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 5X smartphone. The smartphone is said to be a mid-range device.
Smartphone will arrive in several colors
For those who don’t know, Kris Wu is among the best known K-Pop singers.
He is an ex-member of a popular K-pop boy-band called EXO and currently acts as the brand ambassador of Xiaomi. In the 15-seconds long video, Kris Wu can be seen posing with different handsets and showcasing Xiaomi’s latest innovation. On the basis of this video, it can be interpreted that the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 5X smartphone will probably arrive in Gold, Black, and Rose Gold color variants.

The upcoming Xiaomi Mi 5X smartphone has leaked on several occasions before. The device is heavily-speculated to sport a dual rear camera system. It will be placed on the top right-hand corner of the rear panel – just like the OnePlus 5 or the OPPO R11. Moreover, Xiaomi’s Mi 5X also comes along with a fingerprint scanner that is placed right next to the camera module as well.
