Huawei’s sibling company, Honor is expected to launch its traditional flagship smartphone sometime later this year. Thanks to the numerous leaks and speculations regarding the same, fans now have an idea of what can be expected from the upcoming device. Now, a new report citing insider sources suggest that the smartphone is going to sport minimal Top And Bottom bezels. Moreover, the upcoming flagship smartphone has even been leaked in the form of three separate renders as well.

Smartphone leaked online

According to a report published by The Android Soul, Honor 9 smartphone has been leaked online in forms of alleged renders.

The leaked pictures pretty much reveal all the main components set to arrive in the upcoming device. According to the information provided through the images, it is safe to assume that the upcoming Honor 9 smartphone is expected to feature an edge-to-edge display. Apart from this, the upcoming smartphone is even expected to sport comparatively-slimmer top and bottom bezels when compared to its predecessors. What is interesting to note is that the upcoming smartphone does not sport a physical home button.

Specs and features

It has been assumed that the device might sport a fingerprint sensor embedded right below its display — just like Vivo did a couple of weeks back. It has also been revealed that the upcoming Honor 9 smartphone packs a single camera sensor.

The smartphone further goes on to pack a dual rear camera system that is located horizontally on the rear portion of the device. The smartphone also goes on to pack a fingerprint scanner on the rear end of the smartphone, right next to the rear camera module.

On the specifications front, the upcoming Honor 9 smartphone is expected to pack a 6.6-inch display panel.

As mentioned before, the smartphone is speculated to feature a dual rear camera system with two 13MP sensors. Apart from this, the device is expected to pack an 8MP front shooter. The device is expected to house a 5,000mAh battery and will probably run on the latest Android O operating system. There are no details on the pricing front available regarding the upcoming smartphone as yet.

However, the upcoming Honor 9 smartphone is expected to be introduced sometime in September or November. The company, however, hasn't confirmed any of these details.
