"Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood" is scheduled to release in June. Recently, the developer released the Benchmark trailer to flaunt the improvements the game have received. Aside from that, a recent producer's letter revealed among others the PC specs of the upcoming game.

The latest trailer is packed with action scenes highlighting several fresh contents and showing hoe "Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood" can perform on PC. Aside from that, with the latest benchmarking tool released, any player who wishes to test the game on the rig can simply download the benchmark software on the game's official website.

The latest benchmark trailer has not received any comments from Square Enix or from the development. However, it is interesting to note that it in a way flaunts several in-engine gameplay. It also highlighted the new class in the game, the Red Mage, which stands out in the trailer in an impressive way. Aside from that, Monks appears to be given some new movesets in the trailer.
Apart from those, the latest "Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood" benchmark trailer also showcased a new swimming feature in the game.
Players with the rolling out of the expansion can apparently do Spearfish. There is also a pleosaur seen in the trailer.
Producer's letter
During the game's Live Producer's Letter, Naoki Yoshida disclosed the PC specifications for the game's next expansion along with the gameplay details. Among the minimum requirements of the game includes the DirectX 9 systems.
For its operating system, the game needs on the minimum Windows 7, 8, or 10.
For its central processing unit, the game requires at least an Intel Core i5 with 2.4GHz. For the Memory, players must at least have 3GB (4GB if 64 bit OS). The game also requires at least 60GB of free space. For its graphic processing unit (GPU) at least have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 or AMD Radeon R7 260X.
Moreover, the game will run at a resolution of at least 1280×720.
For its recommended settings, the game requires DirectX 11 with the OS of Windows 7,8, or 10. It also requires CPU of Intel Core i7 3GHz with 8GB HDD. The game is best played with a GPU of either Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon RX 480. It is also best to if run on a resolution of 1920×1080.
