There is a brand new movie announcement called "The Main Event" for which WWE will team up with Netflix. It will be a live-action family movie directed by Jay Karas. This movie will portray the story of an 11-year-old aspiring wrestler who becomes the next WWE Superstar. The movie will have several WWE superstars with Kofi Kingston, The Miz, and Sheamus in proper roles. Apart from WWE wrestlers, actors Seth Carr, Tichina Arnold, Ken Marino, and Adam Pally will also star in the new film. The filming has already started in Vancouver, British Columbia and it is expected to premiere in 2020.

Susan Levison is the executive producer, along with Maggie Malina and the producer of the movie is Richard Lowell. Some of the recent projects (documentaries, movies, and reality shows) of WWE Studios are “Fighting With My Family,” HBO documentary “Andre the Giant,” and reality-TV series “Total Divas,” “Total Bellas,” and “Miz & Mrs.”

Chris Jericho on AEW & WWE

AEW's top star and former WWE Superstar Chris Jericho recently appeared in a video interview where he appreciated AEW's schedule which is a lighter schedule as compared to WWE and also provides more creative freedom than WWE.

The healthcare debate has been all over the world of Wrestling ever since the AEW's launch. Some of the great superstars like Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley, Kenny Omega, Cody Rhodes, Dustin Rhodes, Billy Gunn, Hangman Page, and Christopher Daniels have joined the company and are in a great mood to bash WWE.

Recently, Jon Moxley who was previously known as Dean Ambrose appeared in several interviews after his exit from WWE where he criticized the company's management. Former WWE Superstar and singer Chris Jericho recently spoke with Jesse "The Body" Ventura on RT America and discussed healthcare in wrestling.

An extract from his statement is, "From the guarantee that I was given, the employee status, the healthcare, there is a lot more of that going on.

I think that is going to continue to grow, which will force WWE to follow suit or everybody will want to leave WWE and come to AEW, which is already starting to happen."

He has formed a music band named "Fozzy" along with his partners - Ward, Frank Fontsere, Billy Grey and Randy Drake. Jericho is the lead singer of the band.
