On Sunday night (June 3), basketball fans get to watch Cavs vs Warriors live streaming and televised coverage of the 2018 NBA Finals Game 2. The first game of the series provided fans with a historic performance by LeBron James, a late meltdown, and then an overtime loss that led to tempers flaring. Both teams will have had time to regroup and the Cavaliers will try to tie up the series if they can. Here's the latest game preview including matchup odds, start time, television channel, and Cavs vs Warriors live streaming online feed options.
Game 2 preview and odds
In Game 1 of the Finals, LeBron James once again tried to will his Cleveland Cavaliers team to a victory, and nearly did. The King scored 51 points including crucial buckets down the stretch. However, his team suffered a meltdown. The Warriors managed to hang close. After a missed free throw by the Cavs' George Hill with just seconds remaining and a tied game, JR Smith grabbed the rebound. Smith didn't take a shot to try to win the game, nor did he call for a timeout, but instead ran the ball up towards the top of the three-point line. The Cavs were unable to get a timeout to set up a play and time ran out. James was visibly frustrated by the lack of knowing the score was tied.
In overtime, the Golden State Warriors took over and their shooters did the work. They managed to close out the game 124-114 despite James' epic performance. In the final moments of the extra session, things got chippy. Not only did Steph Curry get into a bit of trash talking with LeBron, but Tristan Thompson took exception to Shaun Livingston taking another shot late in the session when the game was already decided. That led to Thompson being ejected for running at Livingston with an elbow, but from there Thompson shoved the ball in Draymond Green's face before leaving the court.

With all that said, the Warriors head into this second game feeling pretty lucky to have escaped all of the drama of Game 1.
Tristan Thompson may also be feeling lucky as he was not suspended for Game 2. For the Cavs, they'll look to see if someone besides just LeBron James and Kevin Love can get involved in the scoring. The Warriors will try to crash the offensive boards more for second chance opportunities. That said, one has to think that the Warriors may put on an offensive show for Game 2.
They'll be the favorites with the point spread at 12.5 points in their favor for Game 2, per Odds Shark. On the moneyline, Golden State is a -600 favorite at several sportsbooks as of this report, while Cleveland is a +475 underdog. The over/under points total is hovering around 215.5 points for the complete game.
