The latest WWE rumors out there have involved Ronda Rousey and an upcoming tour of Japan, which looks like it will include a huge WWE Championship match. Rousey was victorious in her big debut match at "WrestleMania 34" as she and Kurt Angle were able to defeat the team of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. Now Rousey is set to challenge for the WWE "Raw" Women's Championship and also make a big debut in Japan. Here's the latest on Rousey and WWE's planned match for Japan.
Rousey's upcoming plans
It's already been revealed that former UFC star Ronda Rousey will be challenging Nia Jax for the WWE "Raw" Women's Championship.
The challenge was issued by Jax herself at an event apart from WWE programming. Rousey tried to downplay being a contender but eventually accepted. Now they'll face off at WWE's "Money in the Bank 2018" pay-per-view in Chicago next month. WWE is also promoting Ronda Rousey as part of their upcoming tour of Japan. The company made an announcement on the WWE Japan website with the title translating to "Ronda Rousey is coming to Japan!" It's now been reported that she'll be part of the WWE Osaka show at Edison Arena on Friday, August 31. Rousey has already debuted in Geneva, Switzerland, and will also debut in the UK in August.

That news comes not long after Rousey was asked by TMZ if she had "baby fever" at all since she has no children.
Rousey seemed to indicate it will happen "someday soon." It's unknown what sort of timeframe Rousey was implying with that answer. Rousey has a lot on her plate with the WWE and the upcoming movie release for "Mile 22" in which she co-stars with Mark Wahlberg. It's also going to be interesting to see if "Rowdy" Ronda will enter the Osaka show as the reigning WWE "Raw" Women's Champion.
Huge WWE title match?
While fans in Japan will have to wait until August it seems for Rousey's big debut, they'll get some great matches from the WWE "SmackDown" brand in late June. Shows are scheduled for June 29 and June 30 which include all of the brand's champions in action. It's unknown if the current champions right now will still be holding their titles as these matches arrive after "Money in the Bank." Among the matches scheduled is a triple threat for the women's title featuring Asuka, Carmella, and Charlotte Flair.
However, the match that has fans buzzed (and some annoyed) involves the top men's title on the brand. Current WWE Champion AJ Styles is set to defend the title (if he's holding it) against Shinsuke Nakamura, Daniel Bryan, and Samoa Joe during the WWE Japan live event scheduled for June 30.

The news of this match already has WWE fans in the United States and elsewhere questioning why it wasn't the main event of "WrestleMania 34." It certainly has the makings of a classic, but if WWE goes the route they did with their "Greatest Royal Rumble 2018" matches, it will be a match full of entertaining spots, but no surprise winner or title change.
However, just the fact it features Nakamura may be an early spoiler and will certainly spark WWE rumors as to who will have the championship during the Japan tour. "The King of Strong Style" is booked for what's considered a "final match" against AJ Styles for the WWE Championship at "Money in the Bank" next month. It's entirely possible that fans will see Nakamura as the reigning WWE champion and Asuka as the "SmackDown" Women's Champion when the company arrives in Japan in late June. Will Rousey also be a champion when she arrives in August?
