On this week's WWE "Monday Night Raw" following "The Greatest Royal Rumble," the crowd in Canada was hot. They didn’t waste any time letting Roman Reigns know how they felt about him by booing him out of the building. The opening segment on "Monday Night Raw" this week started with Roman Reigns coming out to address the controversy surrounding his loss to Brock Lesnar.

The crowd started booing him immediately as he attempted to cut his promo detailing how he did not lose the match and is the real Universal Champion.

The hometown favorites Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens received a huge ovation. The crowd seemed confused with the arrival of Braun Strowman. They wanted to cheer for him, Zayn and Owens. The segment set up the six-man tag match seen later in the night.

The crowd was hot

The crowd was great. It was loud and it was vocal. They did not let up, expressing both what they liked and disliked. This is what made this week's "Monday Night Raw" great. The matches were okay following the opening segment, but the crowd made it fun to watch.

The crowd was loud for Elias as well. The match between Elias and Roode was thrown out when Elias slammed Roode into the turnbuckle. It's strange seeing Roode as a fan favorite.

Those who saw him in "NXT" as a heel know he is a great heel, and, like Randy Orton, the heel persona suits him.

The Authors of Pain went against some unknown jobbers in a quick match.

Seth Rollins then cut a promo on how he wanted to be a fighting champion, but was interrupted by Finn Balor who would challenge him to a match for the Intercontinental Title.

As Seth Rollins accepted the challenge the Miztourage interrupted, wanting to create a faction with them. Seth and Finn turned them down before the Miztourage attempted an unsuccessful attack.

Titus O'Neil

Everyone was wondering if Titus O'Neil or the WWE would address the highlights from "The Greatest Royal Rumble." They did -- several different times from different angles.

It appears Titus is going to use it to his advantage. He's getting a lot of publicity from the trip-up. He faked falling from the apron when Baron Corbin was in the ring, but it was in an effort to distract Corbin while he was in a match with No Way Jose. This may be Titus O’Neil's new gimmick for a while.

Rhonda Rousey was in the building

She joined Natalya ringside in her match against Mickie James. Nothing happened in the match in terms of anything noteworthy. It looked like Nia Jax was about to attack Rousey and Natalya after the match when she entered the ring, but instead, she would raise the hands of both.

The match between Seth Rollins and Finn Balor was the main event and took place later in the night, seeing both guys go back and forth until Seth hit Finn with the Curb Stomp -- retaining the Intercontinental Championship.

Questions coming out of 'Raw'

What is WWE going to do with Roman Reigns? He is set to go against Samoa Joe at "Backlash," but what path will he be on after that? Him turning heel seems logical at this point because fans want to boo him. WWE has the face they have been looking for in Braun Strowman.

They could now turn Roman into the monster heel they were trying to turn Strowman into.

The roles would definitely switch for the two athletes. They could have pulled the trigger during the opening segment because the crowd was ready. They may be saving it for a pay-per-view. Or, they could still be stuck on Roman becoming the face of WWE.

He may be the face of WWE one day. His path could be similar to The Rock in that The Rock was a great heel before becoming a great fan favorite. This week's "Raw" seemed to create more questions than answers, but that may be exactly what WWE want.
