Mumbai Indians win the toss and choose to bowl first
The two teams have met in an encounter previously in this season in Mumbai, where Rohit Sharma's heroics with the bat helped Mumbai seize a victory against Bangalore by 46 runs.
It was Rohit Sharma's toss to win & he elects to bowl first. Which team will triumph in this mega #RivalryWeek encounter?

RCB and MI, both have accumulated the same number of victories so far from the same number of matches and are seventh and sixth on the points respectively. Mumbai is ahead because they have a better net run-rate. Both the teams have won two of their seven matches.
Mumbai won their previous game against Chennai and will be looking to keep the momentum going on while Bangalore lost at home against Kolkata and would expect they turn things around in this match.
That's so May 1 🙃@MiPaltan have never lost a single game on #MaharashtraDay in the last 3 years. Can @RCBTweets change it tonight?#KhelDekhGameDikha #VIVOIPL #RCBvMI pic.twitter.com/AlLzlhmFHh

Royal Challengers Bangalore:
AB de Villiers sat out in the last game due to viral fever, and if he is fit he would surely come straight into the XI in place of Brendon McCullum.
Tim Southee was a surprise pick in the last game, but he didn't perform too well, but he is likely to get another go. Rest of the line-up is likely to be the same.
These eleven men will take on RCB tonight:

Rohit Sharma (C), Ishan Kishan (WK), Suryakumar Yadav, Kieron Pollard, JP Duminy, Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Ben Cutting, Mitchell McClenaghan, Mayank Markande, Jasprit Bumrah.#CricketMeriJaan #MumbaiIndians #RCBvMI
Mumbai Indians:
Mumbai kept Pollard and Mustaphizur out of the team in the last game, but their replacements Ben Cutting and JP Duminy weren't really required to play a part in the victory against Chennai.
So it has to be seen, what formation Rohit Sharma begins to the field against RCB. Except for these two places, rest of the team must be the same as everyone else played a part in their last game.
Where to watch:
The live broadcast of the game will start at 8:00 PM IST on the Star Sports network and the live stream can be watched on Hotstar.com. Viewers in the US can watch the action live on Willow Tv.

Pitch:
The Bengaluru pitch got better as the game progressed during the last game here between RCB and KKR.
It is likely to be batting friendly with little for the bowlers. Might be slower in the first innings.
Weather:
Showers are expected in the afternoon followed by a cloudy evening. A little rain won't be harmful as the drainage system of this ground is quite good. There are high chances of rain in the evening as well.
Predictions:
RCB will turn up strongly after the loss in the last game, and Mumbai will bring something more today after they won in the last game. So we can expect a cracker of a match.
