The latest episode of WWE's "SmackDown Live" took place at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on Tuesday, September 12th, 2017. As the show opened, kevin owens came to the ring and talked about how he'd change the "SmackDown" show now that he's taking over. Owens said he has one person he needs to talk to, and called out Mr. McMahon. Instead Shane McMahon's music hit. Out came Dolph Ziggler dressed as Shane and mocking his entrance.
Owens laughed over it and said he knew that isn't Shane because Dolph has talent and works there. Dolph went backstage and "SmackDown Live" GM Daniel Bryan came out.
He told Owens he isn't running the show and hopes he's having fun because it will all be over soon. Bryan told Owens that Mr. McMahon would be there soon and he won't like what he has to say.

Mr. McMahon returns
Vince McMahon came to the ring to confront Kevin Owens. Kevin asked if he could call him "Vince" and then said he feels the way Vince must feel superstars feel in the ring with him, "intimidated." Vince said he felt nauseated right about now. He talked about how Kevin disparaged the McMahon family name last week and Shane jumped him. Vince said, "big bad Kevin Owens isn't going to fight back, he's just going to try to sue everyone." Vince told Owens that if he files that lawsuit he's going to call his attorney and have him put it on speakerphone so he can say, "Kevin Owens, You're Fired!"
Mr. McMahon told Owens that he's had many lawsuits against him but he hasn't lost one.
He told him he has a "B" next to his name for billionaire but when he's done with him he'll have a "B" next to his name for "bankrupt." Vince told Owens that he suspended Shane for "not finishing the job." Mr. McMahon said he's going to reinstate Shane so he can have a match. He said it will be Kevin Owens vs. Shane McMahon inside Hell in a Cell.
