The Buffalo Bills got off to a good start in the first week of the season, defeating the New York Jets 21-12. Tyrod Taylor had a solid day, making few mistakes other than an interception on the first drive of the day that Charles Clay probably should have caught. Taylor and offensive lineman Richie Incognito were happy to get the win, and now the two are having a little bit of fun with each other on Twitter.

Incognito's Jab at Taylor

Tyrod Taylor made a cameo appearance on Nfl Network's show "Tackle My Ride" earlier this week. If you want to check out the episode with the Bills quarterback, it is posted on YouTube.

On the show, we get a glimpse of Taylor's car, which didn't look too impressive. Offensive guard Richie Incognito didn't think so either, and he made sure the whole world knew about it. He posted the Tweet below shortly after the episode had aired.

Incognito was clearly hoping that Tyrod would make sure the Bills would look good on television. And in the future, Richie even offered to pay for the next car wash.

It's these kinds of antics that help pull a team closer together, and it's great to see that the two Bills players can exchange in some playful banter. Taylor even liked the first tweet from Incognito! But the playful banter will need to stop tomorrow, as Buffalo has a tough test on the road against Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers.

Week 2 Preview

The Panthers hammered the 49ers, 23-3 in their season opener. It might have been a blowout, but Carolina's offense wasn't particularly impressive. Cam Newton struggled against pressure, and the Bills, with Jerry Hughes and Shaq Lawson, should be able to force Newton into some mistakes. If the defense plays well, the onus will be on the offense to score enough points to come away with a road victory.

That's where players like Tyrod Taylor and Richie Incognito become crucial. Both will need to play extremely well against a formidable Panthers defense that isn't going to let anything come easy. LeSean McCoy will of course be the focal point, but the Panthers are likely going to try and make Tyrod Taylor be the one who beats them.

Sean McDermott's familiarity with the Panthers should also help the Bills in this one. Former Panther Mike Tolbert knows some of the offense's playbook, and that inside information could prove to be invaluable against a really tough team on the road. Last time E.J. Manuel and the Bills played the Panthers, they got a road victory. Hopefully Tyrod Taylor and Richie Incognito will also be able to come away with the W on Sunday.
