Week 4 of the 2017 NFL schedule will kick off this Thursday night when the Chicago Bears travel to Lambeau Field to take on the Green Bay Packers in an early key NFC North matchup. The Bears are coming off of a nice upset win over the Pittsburgh Steelers while the Packers second-half rally led to a 27-24 overtime win against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Packers shoot for first place
A win on Thursday evening could put the Packers all alone in first place in the NFC North division, for the moment that is. Up to this point, the Packers offense has struggled mightily this season and that is due to the sub-par play of the offense line. However, when you have a quarterback as good as Aaron Rodgers you can sometimes overcome weaknesses on the team, but how long that will last is anybody's guess.
The Bears will be a confident bunch heading into Week 4. They have played better than their 1-2 record indicates, but defeating a team as good as the Steelers last week is a great confidence builder for this young squad.
A win vs. Green Bay has been a tough thing for Chicago to pull off in the Aaron Rodgers era, however, a Bears victory tonight could show that every team in the NFC North may be fighting for a postseason spot until the very end.
