After another weekend of football action, NFL analyst Elliot Harrison released the week 4 Power Rankings of the National Football League. This list contains the teams from the 24th spot down to the 32nd spot in the power rankings.

There were a lot of surprise games and results that resulted in a major change in the NFL power rankings.

24 - Arizona Cardinals (1-2)

  • The Arizona Cardinals moved down five spots in the power rankings after losing to the Dallas Cowboys. Future Hall-of-Famer Larry Fitzgerald was among the top receiving leaders in week three, he received 13 passes for 149 yards and was also able to score a touchdown.

25 - New York Giants (0-3)

  • The Giants were still unable to win a single game in the 2017 NFL regular season. They lost to the Philadelphia Eagles 24-27. Giants' quarterback Eli Manning completed 35 of 47 passes for 366 yards; he also threw three touchdowns and two interceptions. They moved down one spot from last week's power rankings.

26 - New York Jets (1-2)

  • The New York Jets shut down the Miami Dolphin's offense. The Jets allowed the fewest points in a game since 2012. They were also able to move up six spots in the power rankings.

27 - Miami Dolphins (1-1)

  • The Miami Dolphins moved down twelve spots after losing 6-20 to the New York Jets. Jets' quarterback Jay Cutler threw one touchdown and one interception while completing 26 out of 44 passes.

28 - Los Angeles Chargers (0-3)

  • The Chargers lost to the Chiefs by a score of 10-24. Chargers' quarterback Philip Rivers threw three interceptions and only completed 20 out of 40 passes. The Chargers moved down eight spots from last week's power rankings.

29 - Indianapolis Colts (1-2)

  • The Colts defeated the Cleveland Browns in week three and moved up two spots. Colts' wide receiver T.Y. Hilton scored one touchdown and received seven passes for 153 yards, Hilton is among the receiving leaders for the past week.

30 - Cincinnati Bengals (0-3)

  • Cincinnati Bengals' quarterback Andy Dalton threw two touchdowns and completed 21 out of the 27 passes. The Bengals lost to the Green Bay Packers in overtime.

31 - San Francisco 49ers (0-3)

  • The 49ers lost to the LA Rams 39-41. Wide receiver Pierre Garcon received seven passes for 142 yards and was among the top receiving leaders. San Francisco moved down two spots.

32 - Cleveland Browns (0-3)

  • The Cleveland Browns moved down four spots from last week's power rankings. Browns' quarterback DeShone Kizer completed 22 out of 47 passes and threw three touchdowns and three interceptions.
