After another weekend of football action, NFL analyst Elliot Harrison released the week 4 Power Rankings in the National Football League. This list contains the teams from the 16th spot down to the 23rd spot in the power rankings.

There were a lot of surprise games and results that resulted in major changes in the NFL power rankings.

16. Los Angeles Rams (2-1)

  • The Los Angeles Rams won against the 49ers this week 41-39. Rams' running back Tudd Gurley was among the top five rushing leaders in week three with 113 yards gained on 28 carries. The Rams are the highest ranked NFC west team. They moved up five spots from last week's power rankings.

17. Seattle Seahawks (1-2)

  • The Seattle Seahawks lost to the Tennessee Titans 32-27. Russell Wilson completed 29 out of 49 passes; he also gained 373 yards passing and threw four touchdowns. The Seahawks moved down eight spots.

18. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-1)

  • The Tampa Bay Buccaneers slid down eight spots from last week's power rankings after losing to the Minnesota Vikings. Buccaneers' quarterback Jameis Winston completed 28 out of 40 passes, and Winston threw two touchdowns and three interceptions.

19. New Orleans Saints (1-2)

  • The New Orleans Saints moved up six spots after defeating the Carolina Panthers. Saints' quarterback Drew Brees completed 22 out of 29 passes and threw three touchdowns.

20. Baltimore Ravens (2-1)

  • The Ravens avoided a shutout from the Jacksonville Jaguars after scoring late in the game. Ravens' starting quarterback Joe Flacco only completed 8 out of 18 passes for 28 yards, and he also threw two interceptions. Flacco was then replaced by Ryan Mallett, who threw the only touchdown Baltimore scored while completing six out of nine passes for 36 yards. Baltimore moved down nine spots.

21. Chicago Bears (1-2)

  • The Bears won in overtime against the Pittsburgh Steelers 23-17. Running back Jordan Howard rushed for 138 yards on 17 carries and was among the top rushing leaders for week three. The Chicago Bears moved up six spots.

22. Carolina Panthers (2-1)

  • The Carolina Panthers lost to the New Orleans Saints 13-34. Panthers' quarterback and former NFL Most Valuable player Cam Newton threw three interceptions while completing 17 out of 26 passes. The Panthers moved down six spots from last week's power rankings.

23. Houston Texans (1-2)

  • The Houston Texans were unable to stop the comeback of the New England Patriots late in the fourth quarter and lost by a score of 33-36. Texans' quarterback Deshaun Watson threw two touchdowns and two interceptions; he was also able to complete 22 out of 33 passes.
