Entry in WWE
Styles debuted in WWE in the 2015 Royal Rumble and surprised the entire WWE universe. The very first feud of AJ Styles was against "Y2J" Chris Jericho. Styles faced Jericho in his first Wrestlemania, where Jericho defeated Styles.
In this year's Wrestlemania, he had an amazing match with Shane McMahon, where Styles emerged victorious.
AJ Styles became WWE champion for the first time by defeating Dean Ambrose. He had a long rivalry with Dean Ambrose at the time when he was working as a heel in WWE.
His rivalry with John Cena was one worth seeing as he and John Cena were involved in a number of matches, including one at "SummerSlam 2016," where John Cena was able to defeat AJ Styles and become a 16 time WWE champion, tying Ric Flair's record of 16 title wins.
AJ Styles has worked both as a heel and babyface in WWE and gained love in both cases. He is simply one of the best wrestlers in WWE right now.
