Looking at the present situation, it is expected that Shane Mcmahon will return to the ring to wrestle again. Right now, Kevin Owen doesn't seem to be happy with him. Two weeks back, Shane McMahon put him in a triple threat match to defend his United States Championship.

Due to this decision by Shane, Kevin Owens was bummed up and angry at him. Owens lost the title in a triple threat title match against Chris Jericho and AJ Styles which he won at Battleground in a match against AJ Styles.

Rematch last week

Last week's Smackdown Live's event started with the United States Championship match which was an exciting match throughout.

It ended in an interesting manner as Styles pinned Owens but Kevin's shoulder was up when he was pinned - all thanks to the referee who was not able to see Kevin's shoulder due to an accidental punch in the eye by Owens during the match earlier.

After the match, Owens was angry and he went at Shane McMahon for complaining about the referee. Shane gave him a rematch for the United States Championship at Summerslam. Daniel Bryan being unhappy with his behavior towards the referee decided on a special guest referee for his match against AJ Styles at Summerslam. He was none other than Smackdown Live's commissioner Shane McMahon. This may be a sign of building rivalry between Shane and Ownes.

Top rivalries

Shane McMahon is a very brave fighter. He is not an all-time wrestler but a fearless fighter indeed. He has had some memorable rivalries in his past against some of the best wrestlers in WWE. His rivalries with Kane, Degeneration X, Randy Orton, Undertaker, AJ Styles are very well known.

His best rivalry is said to be with Kane where He and The big red monster were involved in a series of brutal matches.

The Last man standing match between Kane and Shane was a memorable one as Shane jumped from a great height to give an elbow drop to Kane. Shane McMahon is known for sacrificing his body without caring about the consequences.

Past two Wrestlemania's

Shane McMahon's last two matches at Wrestlemania were against "The Deadman" Undertaker and AJ Styles.

Though he lost both the matches, he was able to steal everyone's heart by showing his risk-taking capabilities to the world. He jumped off the cage in the match against the Undertaker at Wrestlemania. He has plenty of moments where he has taken huge risks and put his body on the line, not to win matches, but to win hearts.

Last year at Wrestlemania, he and AJ Styles gave it all to make it a successful match and though Styles won the match, Shane was no less successful as he won AJ's respect. If there is to be a match between Shane and Owens, there are a lot of chances that Shane may lose to provide a push to Kevin's career in WWE.
