Defending champions Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated the Delhi Daredevils by 15 runs in the 19th Indian Premier League match played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad on April 20, 2017. Kane Williamson (89 off 51 balls) led Sunrisers from the front which helped them to score 191 runs, a competitive total in the batting friendly Hyderabad pitch. Chasing a decent total, Delhi Daredevils fell 15 runs short of the winning mark.
Through this win, Sunrisers Hyderabad maintained the second spot in the Points Table, while Delhi Daredevils are now in the fourth position.

Sanju Samson (42) and Shreyas Iyer (50) led the run chase for the Delhi Daredevils, but as the middle order failed to keep up the momentum, the visitors ended their innings at 176 for the loss of five wickets in 20 overs.
Mohammed Siraj was the pick of the bowlers in the Hyderabad bowling card, as he plucked two crucial Delhi wickets.
