Brand new WWE star James Ellsworth may have no chin, but he makes up for it in terms of his entertainment value. The former jobber to Braun Strowman on "Monday Night Raw" has recently become a fixture on the WWE "SmackDown Live" program. Ellsworth has now become a fan favorite with two victories over the WWE World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles, a friendship with Dean Ambrose, and soon a pay-per-view appearance as a mascot.

He'll participate at the 2016 "Survivor Series" pay-per-view, serving as the official mascot for Team SmackDown. Ellsworth will be ringside during the match, which just so happens to feature the man who helped make him famous: Braun Strowman. Ellsworth was famously squashed by Strowman on Raw, which led to his trademark line about "Any man with two hands has a fighting chance." What about any man with "no chin," though?

Why James Ellsworth is chinless

Cageside Seats reports that Ellsworth told Chris Jericho on his podcast interview there's a very simple explanation for his lack of a chin. Basically, Ellsworth said both his mother and father were chinless which in turn produced his look.

It's also led to the brand new move "No Chin Music," a Superkick similar to that of Shawn Michaels, but minus the chin from the one doing the kicking.

The move was particularly on display in Ellsworth's big match against AJ Styles on "SmackDown Live." He landed the kick in one of the most talked about spots of the year. Styles also aided in selling the move, but it certainly had the fans revved up.

It nearly happened again when Ellsworth teamed up with his buddy Dean Ambrose and Kane to take on Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt, and Luke Harper. Ellsworth tagged himself in blindly to Ambrose and then fired up the move, only to be put down for a pin by Bray Wyatt's "Sister Abigail."

Ellsworth has risen to stardom fast

Some fans out there are complaining that Ellsworth is a joke.

Others seem to believe in his talent after working in the industry for many years. James Ellsworth is a self-professed family man who has been extremely humble even after receiving his recent opportunities. As mentioned, he's defeated AJ Styles twice now, and recently won a dark match against a local wrestler in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

The fans have embraced him for the most part and it could lead to more good things in the future. Rumors have already been flying that he'll appear in the 2016 "Royal Rumble" match and at this point that seems to make sense.

He's probably not likely to win the match, but will certainly get a pop from the fans. There may even be a "No Chin Music" in store for someone in the match.

Just imagine if it's the monster known as Braun Strowman who receives the kick and is eliminated from the match.

Even with no chin, Ellsworth is continuing to ascend to new heights in a sports entertainment world where fans are often spoon fed what the company wants them to buy into. It just goes to show, any man with two hands and no chin still has a fighting chance to be successful.
