“90 Day Fiancé” viewers will finally find out Geoffrey’s fate when his domestic abuse court case gets underway in October. The American reality star had a controversial run on the fourth season of “90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days,” which ended after TLC barred him from participating in its Tell All episodes. The reality network took the drastic action after fans started a petition to have Geoffrey fired from the show when they learned that police officers had arrested him in June 2019 for a domestic altercation with his girlfriend. Geoffrey’s court hearing failed to take place in May due to the coronavirus pandemic.

However, the case will resume in October, and Geoffrey will get an opportunity to prove his innocence.

Geoffrey faces a four-year jail term

Geoffrey’s trial is set to begin soon. The former “90 Day Fiancé” star will be defending himself against domestic assault and kidnapping charges as well as those related to vandalism and interference with emergency calls, says wvlt.tv. Geoffrey allegedly damaged walls in his ex-girlfriend’s apartment during their fight, and he is thought to have prevented her from calling the police by confiscating her phone. If the court finds him guilty of the allegations, Geoffrey could face jail term.

Varya and Geoffrey’s relationship status is still unclear

However, in a past Instagram post, Geoffrey told fans that he was looking forward to discrediting his ex-girlfriend’s allegations.

The American reality star declared he would prove his innocence, and added that the accusations made against him were intended to make him lose his ongoing custody battle with his ex-wife. Even though he claimed innocence, TLC still barred him from participating in their Tell All episodes coming in April this year, and fans did not get any closure concerning his relationship status.

During his run on “90 Day Fiancé,” Geoffrey was in a relationship with Varya Malina. The American reality star traveled to Russia to meet up with his girlfriend before he promptly proposed to her. However, Varya rejected his first proposal, which led to a brief break up between the couple. Geoffrey got into another relationship with a woman named Mary, but the two split up during the final episodes of the show when Varya made an unexpected trip to the United States.

The Russian reality star made up with Geoffrey, and she accepted his second proposal during the season finale. Unfortunately, fans did not get any clarity on the couple’s plans since Geoffrey and Varya was absent in the Tell All episodes. The couple promised fans that they would produce their own version on YouTube, but they canceled their plans at the last minute. Fans have speculated that Varya and Geoffrey broke up, but the two reality stars have not confirmed the rumors.
