Spoiler alerts for "The Young and the Restless" have announced that Eileen Davidson's last air date will be at the end of this month. With only two weeks left, there does not seem to be enough time for Ashley to right the wrongs she has done and be reconciled to her family. It does not seem likely that Jack will heal from this betrayal anytime soon so it's possible his sister may leave town with animosity and unfinished business between them. There is always the chance that some tragedy, such as a crisis with Dina's health may pull the family together in a hurry but with so many layers to this storyline, it does not seem likely.
Eileen Davidson may not have closure
Celeb Dirty Laundry suggests that Jack and Ashley may not obtain closure prior to October 29 which is being reported as Davidson's last known appearance on "Y&R." The spoiler says that she may simply go away for a while and return at a later date to square things with her family. To send Ashley away with so much damage done to her family members would be a travesty but the powers that be might do just that.
Jack is in shock that his sister could stoop to manipulating their mother's memories in order to deceive him and Kyle is fuming because his aunt used him then kicked him to the curb. Abby will be stunned at the callous manner in which her mother is behaving and Billy will be angry when he returns from rehab to find he is no longer Jabot CEO.
Surely "Y&R" will not allow Eileen Davidson to exit her role without dealing with at least some of these issues.
Y&R fans will receive some answers this week
Both Soaps She Knows and Celeb Dirty Laundry tease that there will be fireworks related to Jack and Ashey on Monday. Previous spoilers have indicated that Dina will lead Kyle to a safe where Eileen Davidson's character has left a trail of evidence related to her treacherous actions.
Spoilers say that Ashley will not repent for her sins this week on "The Young and the Restless," so something if there is redemption before she leaves Genoa City it will have to come in her final days on the show.
There will have to be a board meeting and considering her current attitude if Ashley is voted out she might just leave town in anger without any remorse.
Longtime viewers of "The Young and the Restless" will not desire to see this beloved character exit in this manner so let's hope the writers have something better in mind for Eileen Davidson and those who love the Abbot family.
