Spoiler alerts for "The Young and the Restless" tease that some exciting moments are ahead this fall for the Abbott family. Billy's is going to spiral out of control because of the manipulations of his nephew and his almost-stepdaughter. Kyle is going to set things up so that his uncle starts gambling again and Ashley will be shocked at how ruthless he has become. Summer will desire to get even with her mother and continue trying to get Billy into bed. Spoilers say she will eventually spill the secret that Phyllis slept with Nick, which will no doubt push Billy even further over the edge, possibly to the point of no return.
Summer and Kyle target Billy
Summer and Kyle have both shown themselves to be self-centered and self-serving since returning to Genoa City. They do, however, have one goal in common and that is to use Billy Abbott to reach their separate goals. Summer desires to punish her mother and what better way than to hook up with her man. Soap Hub spoilers indicate that this week Phyllis and her daughter will be fighting and Summer will go off on her mom big time. She truly believes that she has a shot with Billy and that he wants to be with her.
Kyle still has unresolved feelings for his ex and is jealous that she has designs on his uncle. Last week he suggested to Ashley that they get Billy to start gambling big time again but she tried to talk him out of it.
Unknown to Ashley her nephew met with the woman who won Jabot and lost it again during poker games with Billy. CDL teases that this fall, the backstabbing in the Abbott family will intensify, with Billy as a victim.
Billy is unreliable again
Prior to Mal Young taking over last year as the "Y&R" head writer, Billy Abbott was getting his life together.
He was headed towards reconciliation with Victoria, spending time with Johnny and Kattie, and being a great stepdad to Reed. Now in addition to his relationship with his brother's former wife, Billy is fighting desire for her daughter, making unwise business decisions at Jabot and gambling. CDL indicates that as Kyle and Summer each step up their manipulations, Billy will be the biggest victim.
In the midst of it, all Jack and Ashley will be overwhelmed with Dina's declining health and spoilers indicate that Ms.Mergeron might get physical with Phyllis because she remembers all the trouble she caused Jack. It's looking like Billy will not stand a chance against Kyle's betrayal and Summer's seduction. "The Young and the Restless" airs weekday afternoons on CBS at 12:30 PM EST.
