Val Kilmer is rearing to go. The 58-year-old has recovered from throat cancer and was sighted in Los Angeles in the company of his daughter. Tom Cruise has informed that Kilmer will be joining him in the “Top Gun: Maverick” which is the sequel to “Top Gun” that had come to the screen 32 years ago. Cruise made this announcement in Paris during the premiere of his latest movie “Mission Impossible: Fallout.”

Daily Mail UK reports that Val Kilmer will be seen in the role of Tom 'Iceman' Kazansky in the sequel.

He had revealed in 2015 itself about his inclusion in the “Top Gun: Maverick.” It is being readied for release in 2019.

Kilmer gets back his voice

The actor has returned to form after conquering cancer. It was a long treatment that went on for nearly two years and affected his voice. He also suffered from breathing problems. However, he has managed to come out of it and seemed to be happy in the company of his daughter. He has done some memorable Movies and “Top Gun: Maverick” will get added to the list.

Val Kilmer has got back his voice and is enjoying himself. The audience always loves movies of this nature because they deal with hopes and aspirations of man and tries to show that man is powerful to win over any situation.

She is also the love interest of Miles Tiller. New faces will be Jon Hamm, Ed Harris, Glen Powell, and Thomasin McKenzie. She is an up-and-coming Kiwi actress.
