Spoiler alerts for "The Young and the Restless" indicate that Jack and his son will soon know without a doubt if they are Phillip Chancellor's son and grandson. On Monday, Kyle was arrested for attempting to dig up Phillip's grave after the noise disturbed Esther. His dad, with Summer in tow, bailed him out and then read him the riot act. After Kyle apologized to Esther and Summer was sent home, Kyle produced a bone fragment he had hidden from the authorities. He suggested that his dad have it tested privately, and if there is a DNA match, young Mr.

Abbott believes he and his father should take over Chancellor Industries.

Kyle risked all for the love of Jack

Kyle has been feeling lousy about trying to help Victor take his dad down. Celeb Dirty Laundry indicates that he now will do all he can to help Jack because he truly loves him. After Dina became disoriented, and Jack decided not to go through with the lawsuit to have Phillip's body exhumed, Kyle took matters into his own hands, literally. On Monday Jack argued that a DNA test will not be admissible in court, and his son could face more charges for tampering with the grave.

Kyle, however, wisely pointed out that a private DNA test will at least give Jack closure, and he will know for certain whether or not he is indeed a Chancellor.

Should the results prove he is, Soap Hub says there are a number of things that could happen that will change Mr. Abbott. He will inherit a new family with Phillip III as his half-brother and Chance his nephew, possibly get to live in the Chancellor home, may run the family business, romance Jill, and increase his power within the business world.

There has been too much negative history with Jack and Jill on "Y&R" so that one is a stretch, but the other four scenarios are certainly possible.

Jack more than likely is Phillip's son

The facts as they came forth, along with what spoiler alerts suggest, indicate that Jack more than likely is Phillip Chancellor's son. First and foremost, Dina confirmed it several times during lucid moments and the date on the photo she kept is also very telling.

Soap Hub points out a way for the storyline to become more interesting would be if Victor turned out to be the biological dad. Jack and Kyle living in the Chancellor mansion, attempting to take over the business while dealing with Jill, Esther, and Cane will indeed be must-see TV.
