Stassi Schroeder may be the ex-girlfriend of Jax Taylor, but that doesn't mean she's upset to see that he's recently become engaged to longtime girlfriend Brittany Cartwright. On Instagram on June 8, just one day after the "Vanderpump Rules" couple each revealed photos of Cartwright's engagement ring on their Instagram pages, Schroeder took to her own Instagram page and shared a photo of the three of them together at an event last December.

"A magical start to season 7. Congratulations [Jax Taylor] and [Brittany Cartwright]!!!!" Schroeder wrote in the caption of the photo, which was taken at the end of last year at a holiday party thrown by the Daily Mail.

Schroeder also posted a video of the moment Taylor and Cartwright walked into their surprise engagement party at their apartment in West Hollywood, California.

After being cheated on by Jax Taylor herself, Stassi Schroeder grew concerned about Brittany Cartwright after learning Taylor had cheated on her with Faith Stowers. As fans will recall, Schroeder made it clear that she felt Cartwright deserved much better than Taylor and his cheating ways.

Although some may assume that it would be awkward for Schroeder to spend time with Cartwright due to her past relationship with Taylor, the two women have actually become quite close to one another throughout the past couple of years.

While Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright have not yet confirmed any specific plans for their upcoming wedding, it seems likely that they will tie the knot in Cartwright's hometown in Kentucky, where her family currently resides.

As fans will recall, the couple traveled to Kentucky years ago to film a spinoff series and could be headed back to town for Season 2.
