The great news is here and Pumpkin and Josh have tied the knot. The fans have got to know Josh a lot better from him being on "Mama June: From Not to Hot." E! shared the news that Pumpkin and Josh actually went to Las Vegas to get married. It sounds like it was a planned wedding and that the couple didn't just run off and get married. Their family went along with them.
Details of the wedding
The wedding happened on Monday night when the couple went to Las Vegas to get married. They have shared that they had plans to get married and the fans watched Josh move into their house on the last season of "Mama June: From Not to Hot" so it isn't surprising that they are married now.
It was obvious that it was coming.
Her family and of course, Honey Boo Boo were there. After the wedding, they went to Buca di Beppo for dinner as a family. Josh asked her to marry him clear back in 2016, but they just now tied the knot. These two seem really happy together. They already have a daughter Ella Grace Efird, which came as a pleasant surprise to the couple.
The story behind these two
The fans didn't really even get a chance to know Josh until Pumpkin was already revealing that she was pregnant. This was big news, but he didn't back out on her at all and stuck around. Not long ago, she told Us Weekly that having a baby has brought them closer together. Pumpkin said, "They say [babies] change things, but honestly I think a kid is maybe what we needed in our relationship.
We've become closer than any other time. We both help each other out. It's like it's a team thing now."
Back in January, they had been together for three years. It isn't surprising at all that they would get married. They seem like a great match and Josh gets along with the family, which is really important. Honey Boo Boo isn't easy to win over and he was able to do that and they have a fun time together.
The two enjoy spending time together and doing things like making their own redneck pool in the back of a truck.
Pumpkin shared that they were scared to be parents, but it all worked out in the end. They have been able to handle it and they also have Mama June to help them. They seem to have been able to figure out parenting and stay together through it all.
