Jill Zarin shocked fans of "The Real Housewives of New York City" when she was spotted on the streets of the Big Apple with her one-time bestie, Bethenny Frankel, after attending the funeral of her late husband, Bobby Zarin. Prior to their reunion, the two women had been at odds for several years and many believed they would never be on good terms with one another.
Although Zarin and Frankel haven't been seen together at all since their reunion in January of this year, Zarin recently confirmed that she and Frankel have been in touch in the months since they reconciled.
"I've talked to [Bethenny Frankel] a couple times, not on the phone [but] in texting," she explained to People magazine earlier this week, via The Daily Dish. "We're all good."
Jill and Bethenny are there for one another in times of need
According to Zarin, both she and Frankel are quite busy but if one of them needs something from the other, they don't hesitate to get in touch. In fact, just recently, Zarin reached out to the Skinnygirl mogul and asked for some help with something. Right away, Frankel offered a hand. "I feel like that line of communication is open and running both ways, so that's good," Zarin added.
Following the passing of Bobby Zarin in January, Bethenny Frankel shared a heartfelt statement about him on her Twitter page and many other stars of the "Real Housewives of New York City," and other "Real Housewives" franchises, did the same.
Outside of the actual funeral for Bobby, Zarin and Bethenny Frankel seemed to be in a great place and Frankel appeared visibly emotional about the service they had attended prior to their chat on the street in New York.
Bethenny Frankel talked about Jill Zarin on 'Watch What Happens Live'
Earlier this year, Bethenny Frankel joined Andy Cohen for an episode of his late-night talk show, "Watch What Happens Live," and during her appearance, Frankel said that it has been "nice" getting to know Zarin once again.
As she explained, Zarin texts her from time to time and they have nice interactions with one another. "It's clean, which is what I wanted it to be," she said of their reunion.
To see more of Bethenny Frankel and her co-stars, including Ramona Singer, LuAnn De Lesseps, Carole Radziwill, Tinsley Mortimer, Dorinda Medley, and Sonja Morgan, don't miss new episodes of the 10th season of "The Real Housewives of New York City" on Wednesday nights at 9 PM on Bravo TV.
