The Avant family has been on the back burner on "The Bold and the Beautiful" since Christmas. With Zende and Nicole working in Paris, Maya has been seen only briefly in the Forrester offices, and her parents are completely MIA.

Rome Flyyn who portrayed the adopted Forrester recently debuted on Tyler Perry's "The Haves and Have Nots" on the OWN network. A new "B&B" character, however, is about to be introduced. Adain Bradley will soon show up as the nephew of Julius who is part British and hails from England. Spoilers indicate that this young man will have a big secret, but do not indicate what it is he is hiding.

Rome Flynn on to bigger things

Rome Flynn chose not to renew his contract with "B&B," and it seems to have paid off. He has gone on to bigger and better roles having been on the CBS drama "How to get away with Murder." He is now a part of the cast of the hit series "The Haves and Have Nots" on OWN. There has been no word as to whether his character on "The Bold and the Beautiful" will be recast.

With Flynn in high demand on prime-time television, it is unlikely that he would reprise his role as the adopted Forrester. On "HAHN" Flynn debuted as R.K. in jail and now is a bartender working with Candace,(Tika Sumpter) promoting prostitution in a high-class hotel. This is an ongoing storyline on the show, so R.K.

probably will be sticking around for a while.

Adain Bradley is cast to vex Julius

Soaps She Knows says that Adain Bradley is going to portray the role of Alexander who is the nephew of Julius. Whatever his big secret is, fans know that his presence in town is going to vex his uncle. Julius is very protective of his family and extremely vocal in his opinions.

He was initially against accepting that his son Myron had surgery that changed him into Maya. He also tried his best to get Zende to convince Nicole to reclaim baby Lizzie from Rick and Mya. He will no doubt attempt, (unsuccessfully) to control his nephew as well.

There probably is some bad blood between Julius and Alexander's parents or even problems with the nephew himself.

The young man showing up in LA will more than likely cause some fireworks that will bring The Avant's back to the screen. Spoilers have not yet addressed what the agenda will be, but viewers will enjoy watching.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" airs weekday afternoons on CBS at 1:30 PM EST. The Haves and the Have Nots can be seen on Tuesday nights at 9:00 PM on the OWN network. Bradley and Flynn will be wonderful additions to both programs.
