jax taylor and girlfriend Brittany Cartwright are spending some time away from one another as their drama with Adam Spott continues to play out on "Vanderpump Rules" season six. On Instagram, Taylor recently revealed he's spending time with a number of his male friends, one of whom is celebrating his bachelor party.

"Bachelor Party in Tahoe with 11 bums who I f**king love!!" Taylor wrote in the caption of an April 7 Instagram post, adding that the man who is getting married will soon be his brother-in-law. Taylor's photo was taken at the Heavenly Valley Ski Resort in Lake Tahoe, California.

While Taylor and Cartwright are apart at the moment, that isn't to say that Taylor isn't thinking of his girlfriend. In fact, he shared a sweet tweet to her online along with another photo of himself enjoying the slopes. "Only thing missing is my bitty!" he tweeted. "But I know she’s having a blast!!!"

Scheana Marie tried to hook Brittany up with Adam Spott

After Spott joined the staff at SUR Restaurant prior to Cartwright's temporary split from Taylor, Scheana Marie learned he allegedly had a crush on Cartwright. So, even though Cartwright decided to get back with Taylor after he cheated on her with Faith Stowers, Scheana decided to set them up.

She also seemed to do so in an effort to get back at Taylor for claiming that her now-ex-boyfriend, Robert Parks-Valletta, wasn't actually in love with her.

After seeing what Scheana Marie had attempted to do, Taylor fired back at her on Twitter, pointing out that she can't keep a man. Taylor was understandably upset about Scheana's behavior but she felt that she wasn't doing anything wrong and claimed she arranged for Cartwright and Spott to go out together only in an effort to remind Cartwright that other men are interested in her and would treat her well.

Jax and Brittany have moved past his cheating scandal

Following Taylor's admission to cheating in May of last year, he and Cartwright parted ways for a very short time. Since then, they have both mentioned the possibility of getting married in the coming years and during a number of recent appearances, Cartwright has been seen sporting what appears to be an engagement ring.
