"Game of Thrones" has been one of my favorite shows and a lot of fans are curious about what might come next. There are a lot of "GOT" rumors around the internet, many of which have provided unconfirmed speculation. Fans only know rumors, conjecture, and speculations to this point. HBO has really deployed a wonderful marketing strategy to keep the buzz going. That’s why I have decided to reveal all the things which I do know for sure.

Premier and length of episodes

The new season is premiering in April 2019. According to TV Guide’s report, these new episodes are going to be longer.

We might see two-hour long "GOT" episodes. The scripts have already been written, and shooting is expected to finish by June 2018. Directors David Nutter and Miguel Sapochnik have a mammoth task of rising above all the hopes and hype.

Will Arya Stark die?

The fans saw the return of Arya Stark (Played by Maisie Williams). She finally came back after spending a year wandering around Westeros believing that her family was dead. She also trained with a faceless man to take a revenge for her father Ned. A report by Harpers Bazaar states that she will be joining with her brother Jon Snow to fight against the Night King. However, I think she will eventually die in the end.

Cersei Lannister is probably going to die

Season 8 might see the demise of Cersei Lannister (played by Lena Headey) as John Snow and Daenerys will seek to gain more power. In her recent interview for Time Magazine, Lena Headey made a shocking statement while describing the character. She claimed that a large body count would take place during the final season.

This hint is enough for any "GOT" enthusiast to foresee what’s coming.

A new challenge for Sansa

The omens suggest that Sansa (Sophie Turner) will be seeing herself in an unknown territory. Sophie Turner's character could be facing a lot of challenges in Season 8. Will she be able to lead the kingdom or will she end up adding to that body count I alluded to earlier?

There are a lot of questions about the future for Sansa and how she plays into the final few episodes of the hit HBO show.

Two new characters

Yes, you read it right. According to a TV Guide report, there will be two new characters appearing in "Game of Thrones" Season 8. They are both are child stars. One is a girl from North while the other one is a boy from a poor family. The further details regarding them are yet to be revealed. Only time will tell that whether these two will manage to win the hearts of "GOT" fans or not.
