Maci Bookout has revealed that she wants more children and while it may appear that she has an easy time getting pregnant, she and her husband Taylor McKinney recently revealed that they actually suffered a miscarriage recently. On "Teen Mom OG," Bookout revealed that she and Taylor had named their baby girl Dandi for dandelion. Taylor didn't want to talk about it, as he was heartbroken over the fact that they had lost a little girl. The two have Jayde and Maverick, while Maci has Bentley with Ryan Edwards.
According to a new tweet, Maci Bookout and Taylor discussed having another baby on "Teen Mom OG" in a deleted scene released by MTV.
In this deleted scene, Maci reveals that she hasn't shut the door completely on having another baby naturally. She reveals that she's not 100% clear on whether she wants to pursue another pregnancy. On this season of "Teen Mom OG," Bookout revealed that she suffered from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). While not a dangerous condition, it is extremely painful as her ovarian cysts are not flushed out with her period and stay in her ovaries until they explode and cause a tremendous about of pain.
Could want to explore both pregnancy and adoption
In the clip, Maci Bookout reveals that she hasn't shut the door on a natural pregnancy. Of course, this was filmed months ago and some fans have commented on her having what looks like a baby bump.
But nothing has been confirmed and given Bookout's recent admission about her health, it's possible she would prefer going with an adoption rather than a natural birth.

However, in this deleted clip from MTV, Bookout reveals that she could be open to both a natural pregnancy and an adoption, which could result in two extra children.
Since she does have her age on her side, these two are no rush to make that decision.
Concerns about her health
Because of Maci's Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), Taylor McKinney reveals he's worried about what could possibly happen to Maci or to the unborn child if they do try to get pregnant naturally. While there are no known risks, it is possible that Bookout could be in extreme pain when carrying a child.
However, she has carried three children before and she doesn't seem to have shared her medical issues on the show before.
