"Days Of Our Lives" spoilers reveal that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will soon find a stunning piece of evidence regarding the investigation into the murder of Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis). As many "DOOL" fans know, Gabi Hernandez (Camilla Banus) has officially been arrested and charged with the murder, but Chad believes she's innocent. When he decides to go digging around he'll be shocked by what he finds, and it could clear Gabi's name.

Chad makes a shocking discovery

According to the latest "Days of our Lives" spoilers and news, Chad will be determined to clear Gabi's name because he knows deep down that she is innocent.

In fact, Chad believes that his newly found half-brother, Stefan O. DiMera (Tyler Christopher) is actually the one to blame for Andre's murder. In an upcoming episode, viewers will see Chad sneak into Stefan's room in the DiMera mansion to look for any signs that he is guilty. Of course, Chad will be completely shocked when he finds something that directly links Stefan to the murder.

"Days of our Lives" spoilers confirm that Chad will find Andre's cell phone in Stefan's room. As many viewers will remember, the phone was a huge piece of evidence that could not be found in the murder investigation, much like Gabi's coat, key card, and the top of Tony DiMera's urn, which was used to kill Andre.

However, Gabi was recently caught disposing of her coat and the lid to the urn, which makes her look very guilty. She'll soon stand trial for the murder, but Chad's discovery could change the entire investigation.

The police will likely be very interested to learn that Stefan has Andre's phone, and he'll have some major explaining to do when the Salem P.D.

questions him about why he has the phone. It seems that Stefan is trying to set up Gabi, but not because he killed Andre. In fact, Stefan is trying to cover for Chad's own wife, Abigail Deveraux-DiMera (Marci Miller).

Abigail's mental health crisis

As "Days of our Lives" fans have seen over the past couple of weeks, Abby has developed a split personality disorder.

Abigail currently has two alter-egos. One of them is mimicked after her friend Gabi Hernandez, while the other is called Dr. Laura. Laura is said to be the "gatekeeper" of the group, and knows exactly what is going on. However, Abigail herself has no memory of what happens when she becomes one of her split personalities. Fans will see Chad begin to worry, and the walls soon come crashing down on her when she finally learns that she is responsible for Andre's death.
