Daughter of Kim Zolciak-Biermann and fellow "Don't Be Tardy" reality star, Brielle Biermann, is clearing up all recent reports that her and her boyfriend, Michael Kopech have broken up.
Rumors started swirling on Wednesday (March 14) that the couple had gone their separate ways due to distance. Kopech is a professional baseball player for the Chicago White Sox and currently resides in the city, while Biermann is busy filming the "Don't Be Tardy" reality show home in Atlanta, Georgia.
But all reports are false
A since-deleted source from US Weekly said, “She was having a difficult time with the distance, both of them wanted to see more of each other but with his baseball schedule and her shooting schedule and everything going on with the show in Atlanta, they just couldn’t seem to make it work anymore.” Zolciak-Biermann took to Twitter to defend her daughter as Perez Hilton tweeted out a similar report saying "Not true doll." Biermann also defended herself on Instagram replying to a gossip post, "What?
(Where) did u read that?"
She even further quashed the rumors by tweeting late Wednesday night, "happy and excited for what my future holds."
Still going strong
Biermann and the MLB player, Kopech have been together for two years and don't plan on calling it quits anytime soon. Kopech even wrote a loving Instagram to his longtime girlfriend for her 21st birthday on February 25, calling her his "favorite person." This surely does not seem like a couple that is on the rocks.
According to Bravo, the two "have even toyed with the idea of living together" as seen on "Don't Be Tardy" but they have not yet done so. Though, the newly independent star did move out of her family home and on her own recently.
Biermann and her mother are known not only for their strong personalities on Bravo's hit television show but also for their appearance. Both have admitted to receiving lip injections. Their "duck lips" have received a lot of negative criticism as of late. But both mother and daughter stand by their decision and their appearance and often proudly clap back to their haters. Since Biermann has been on reality television from a young age she seems to get used to a certain level of public scrutiny and she knows how to handle herself.
Another family controversy
The family has also been in headlines surrounding their decision to buy Biermann a gun for her 21st birthday. Both Zolciak-Biermann and her husband and Brielle's stepfather, Kroy Biermann, think that the gun is a great gift and it will keep her safe. Still, fans of the family were shocked by the birthday choice.
Kim Zolciak Biermann and her family first rose to fame on the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" which then turned into bigger fame from her hit spin-off show "Don't Be Tardy." Make sure to watch the Biermann's continue to stir up drama and entertainment when new episodes of "Don't Be Tardy" return to Bravo soon.
