Arie Luyendyk Jr. is currently staying out of the spotlight after his dramatic finale of "The Bachelor" last week. Even though he proposed to Becca during the finale, he told her weeks later that he regretted his decision and he needed to pursue things with Lauren Burnham, the runner-up. He wanted to pursue a relationship with her, as he couldn't stop thinking about her. Because of his decision, fans dubbed him the worst "Bachelor" star in the franchise's history. He was advised by fellow celebrities to step back from the spotlight for a while, as tensions eased up.
Even though he was advised to stay out of the spotlight, it sounds like Lauren Burnham can't stop gushing about her relationship with Arie. For her, "The Bachelor" worked out great as she's in love and engaged to a man she truly cares about. She doesn't care that he's being labeled a bad guy. She feels that he chose to follow his heart. But her fans are trying to warn her about Arie. If he left Becca so suddenly, people believe he can leave her as well. According to a new Instagram post, Lauren Burnham is now being warned about Arie, and some people are telling her to run away.
Planning their wedding
Even though the two of them just got engaged on Tuesday night, the two have been planning their wedding.
Becca thought that she would be the one planning her wedding to Arie Luyendyk Jr., but she was surprised when she came to break up with her. He was highly criticized for dumping her on national television but he felt he needed to share the story with the world.
These days, Arie Luyendyk Jr. is ready to go back to his personal life in Arizona.
He wants to return to his life with racing with Lauren by his side. However, fans are concerned that he may be focusing on himself and not giving everything to this relationship. Of course, he's far from the only "Bachelor" star who has been criticized after the finale episode of the show.
Jef Holm's predictions
Perhaps Arie Luyendyk Jr.
had the odds stacked against him from the beginning. Even though he lost out to Jef Holm on "The Bachelorette," Jef and Arie are no longer friends. When Jef heard that Arie would be the next "Bachelor," he revealed that it was the wrong choice and that Arie wouldn't be staying with his final pick. When the season ended, Holm revealed he was right. He had guessed that Arie would change his mind and break up with his final choice.
