Amber Portwood and Matt Baier had a troubled relationship for years on "Teen Mom OG," and soon, the dramatic end of their romance will be featured on "marriage boot camp: Reality Stars Family Edition." However, while fans believed the couple parted ways due to Baier's alleged encounter with another woman, there may be far more serious issues at hand.

In a sneak peek at the upcoming season of the WEtv series, Portwood is seen screaming at her ex-fiance, Baier, and tells him that she is upset because he hit her. Right away, the trailer flips to the next scene and fans are left wondering about Baier's shocking claim.

A 'Teen Mom' cast member revealed surprising new details

Although fans will have to wait and see what happens once the show begins airing, Portwood's former co-star, Simon Saran, the ex-boyfriend of Farrah Abraham, weighed in on the situation on Twitter days ago. "At least [Amber Portwood] finally admitted it and left that scumbag," Simon Saran tweeted of Matt Baier.

"I tried getting the word out about the ** beatings awhile back," Simon Saran continued. "[Matt Baier] would have probably done something way worse to her later down the road." While Portwood has yet to weigh in on her former "Teen Mom OG" co-stars' claims, Saran has been making a point for weeks to reveal what really goes down behind the scenes of the MTV reality show.

He even claimed the women of "Teen Mom OG" and "Teen Mom 2" are paid bonuses from the network when they get pregnant.

Amber Portwood is pregnant with her second child

After her messy split from Matt Baier last summer, Amber Portwood wasted new time embarking on a new romance and in August of that same year, she and Andrew Glennon confirmed their relationship with a photo on Instagram.

One month later, while enjoying private time with one another in Hawaii, the couple discovered the reality star was pregnant with her second child. Portwood shares older daughter Leah with ex-boyfriend Gary Shirley. Portwood and Glennon's romance has been making headlines for weeks due to the quickness in which they became serious.

However, according to what fans are seeing on the MTV series, their relationship is far healthier that the relationship she shared with Baier.
