Jill and Derick Dillard are very involved in a church in Arkansas. Now the couple's church is hosting an event all about "Praying the Gay Away." Derick has actually been fired from "Counting On" because of his comments toward Jazz Jennings all over social networks. Derick has made it very clear that he is not okay with the life that Jazz lives.

What is happening at their church?

There is a big event that is being talked about on social networks. A post from the church said, "Tomorrow night we will have an opportunity to hear from Rickey Chelette on same-sex attraction.

7:30 pm in the Arvest Building!" Someone quickly commented, "Isn't this the 'Pray away the gay' guy???" This guy has talked about how he doesn't believe in same-sex attraction, so as you will see below it is kind of odd that now Derick is inviting people who are LGBTQ to come to his church.

Derick invites LGBTQ community to his church

Derick Dillard made it very clear in posts on his social networks that they are inviting everyone to come. He wanted to make sure that it wasn't an event that excluded anyone. He actually went to Twitter and said, "I want to personally invite any LGBTQ person & anyone else who would like to come with my family and me to church next Sunday. See you there! :) Please join us at 11:302801 McMillan Road Fayetteville, AR(on the corner of I-49 and Wedington)." He didn't invite them the same time as this event, so there is that, but they might end up talking about being gay at the time that these people visit his church.

It will be pretty surprising if anyone shows up to meet them, but they may have a few fans take advantage of the offer. Some fans might decide that this is the only way they can meet Jill and Derick Dillard, so they will head to church to get to know the reality stars a bit better.

Right now, Derick Dillard won't be on "Counting On," but there is a bit of confusion about if Jill will end up showing up some this season.

They now have two children and are doing great, but because of Derick being so outspoken their reality show plans have certainly changed. There have even been a few rumors recently that these two are expecting another child.

Are you shocked that Jill and Derick Dillard are attending a church that would have this kind of event? Do you feel like Jill will be on the upcoming season of "Counting On"? Sound off in the comments below on your thoughts and don't miss the new season of "Counting On" when it comes to TLC.
