Heather Locklear: A victim of anxiety and depression

Four years later, on January 12, 2012, Heather's sister dialed 911 and informed them that the actress had attempted suicide on prescription drugs and alcohol.

She was soon admitted to the hospital and was pronounced out of danger the very next day.

According to TMZ, Locklear has been previously arrested on DUI charges and has had problems with drug abuse.
