This episode of "Teen Mom OG" with her daughter wearing the shirt would have been filmed months ago. Catelynn Lowell has never shared an announcement that she is pregnant, though.
This really surprised fans. If she really was pregnant, then there is no reason she wouldn't have told everyone the News by now. If she miscarried back in November, that would explain why she didn't talk about it. This could all just play out on the show.
The source talked to The Ashley's Reality Roundup and explained that Catelynn was excited and had even told Tyler and her daughter about the news. The source said this was all before she went to rehab, which could explain a lot. The source said that the crew had heard she was about six weeks along when it went down, but they aren't sure about this one.

When she checked into rehab, she said she suffered from suicidal thoughts.
If she had a miscarriage, that could explain why the reality star had these thoughts. Right before she went to treatment, Catelynn shared saying she had thought of every way she could kill herself. It doesn't sound like she actually made any attempts, though.
A few days before that, she had shared a picture of her little girl and talked all about how she would hold her a bit tighter now.
This could totally go along with the way she would feel after having a miscarriage.
The source shared that this is all going to be a big topic on the show this season. "Teen Mom OG" allegedly had her do several voiceovers where she talked about the fact that she was going to have a baby and then went on to talk about losing the baby.
This had to be really hard on her to film, but without it, would be hard to show it all on the series. Just about a week ago, Catelynn went to Twitter saying people don't know exactly what she has been through. It sounds like she didn't want to tell them everything just yet either.
