Maci Bookout and her husband, Taylor McKinney, discussed the possibility of expanding their family of five during last night's episode (Jan. 22) of the seventh season of "Teen Mom OG." After learning that their co-star and friend, Amber Portwood, was expecting her second child with new boyfriend Andrew Glennon, Bookout brought up the idea of having more children themselves and right away, McKinney was on board.

According to a recap of Monday evening's episode of "Teen Mom OG," shared by Us Weekly magazine on January 22, Maci Bookout said that she would be willing to conceive another child with Taylor McKinney if he was set on the idea but preferred to adopt a child instead.

That said, if McKinney does want to have another biological child, the reality star said she would like to do so quickly. In response, McKinney assured his wife that he would have no trouble getting her pregnant.

At that point, Maci Bookout reminded Taylor McKinney about a 2017 miscarriage. However, McKinney made it clear to his wife that he had no interest in speaking about the issue on-camera because they hadn't yet told their parents about the sad news.

Maci Bookout is a mom of three

Maci Bookout and husband Taylor McKinney share two young children, daughter Jayde Carter McKinney, age two, and son Maverick Reed McKinney, age one, and Bookout also has an older child, nine-year-old Bentley, who she shares with ex-boyfriend Ryan Edwards.

As "Teen Mom OG" viewers well know, Edwards recently struggled with a shocking addiction to heroin but went to rehab in an effort to get clean last spring.

Ryan Edwards is a married man

Following the end of his romance with Bookout, Ryan Edwards moved on with a few girlfriends before meeting and becoming engaged to Mackenzie Standifer.

A short time later, Edwards married Standifer in a quicky wedding ceremony before traveling to rehab to address his issues with substance abuse. Months after that, he and his wife threw a second wedding for themselves and several of their friends and family members were in attendance. Since then, Standifer has been teasing the idea of welcoming a child with the reality star.
